Payments are made through PayPal, either monthly ($69/month) or yearly ($649/year). You can choose the plan that suits you best, and everything stays on subscription so there’s no big upfront cost.

3. How do we communicate?

4. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. There is no long-term contract or minimum term. Your subscription simply runs until the end of your paid period.

5. What happens if I cancel?

If you cancel, your website will go offline at the end of your paid period. Any business email accounts we created for you will also be removed and stop working, so you should back up any important emails or data before cancellation.

6. Will my website appear on Google search?

Yes, your website will be visible on Google, but it can take some time for SEO to do its job. Search engines need time to discover and rank your pages, and results improve gradually as your site gains content, age, and authority.

11. Do I own my content and branding?

Yes, your logo, brand assets, and written content are yours. The website service (design, hosting, technical setup) is provided as a subscription. If you ever leave, you keep your branding and content files, but the managed website and hosting are turned off.

12. Is there support if something breaks or goes wrong?

Yes. If your website has an issue, loads incorrectly, or something stops working, you can contact us via WhatsApp and we’ll handle it. Technical maintenance and problem solving are part of your subscription.
